Tsukahara

Also known as: Tsuk

Named after Japanese gymnast Mitsuo Tsukahara, this vault begins with a round-off onto the springboard, then a quarter or half twist onto the vault table, followed by a backward somersault off the table to land. It was more common before the Yurchenko entry became dominant but is still used at various levels.
