Pirouette

In artistic gymnastics, a pirouette usually refers to a turn — often a half or full rotation — performed while swinging through a handstand position during a giant swing on the bars, changing the gymnast's grip direction without breaking the swing. The term is also used more generally for turns on beam or floor.
