Uneven Bars
Also known as: Bars, UB
Uneven bars consist of two horizontal bars set at different heights, connected by uprights. Gymnasts perform continuous swinging, circling, and release moves, transitioning between the two bars, and finish with a dismount. It's considered one of the most physically demanding events due to the shoulder strength and timing required.
