Floor Exercise
Also known as: Floor
Floor exercise takes place on a 12-meter-square spring floor that helps absorb impact and add height to tumbling skills. Women's floor routines are performed to music and combine tumbling passes with dance elements and choreography; men's floor routines are performed without music and emphasize strength, tumbling, and acrobatic elements.
