Pommel Horse

The pommel horse is a padded apparatus with two handles (pommels) mounted on top. Gymnasts support their weight on their hands and perform continuous circular leg swings, scissors, and travels around the length of the horse without stopping, which requires exceptional shoulder strength, rhythm, and control.
