Peg Board

The peg board is an obstacle consisting of a vertical board full of holes, which the competitor navigates by holding a peg in each hand, inserting them into holes, and moving hand over hand — horizontally, vertically, or both — while hanging entirely from the pegs, without touching the board itself.
