Cartwheel
Women's Artisticbeginner
A cartwheel is one of the foundational gymnastics skills, performed by moving sideways through a handstand position with the hands and feet landing in sequence — hand, hand, foot, foot. It's usually one of the first inverted skills gymnasts learn and forms the basis for more advanced skills like the round-off and aerial.
